Use of Designs & Images

By purchasing from my business, you agree that images of the designs I have created for you may be shared on my business pages once completed. If I didn't do this, I wouldn't have a business. I will ask whether you would like names or images blurred for confidentiality, so please let me know your preference when prompted. The only exception is card orders for adults, which can be shared on my pages after the date your order was required incase they see on my page prior. Please note that I am unable to accept requests not to share my work once they are made and photographed. Unfortunately, this is not something I can compromise on.

 

All custom made orders will be photographed and sent to you before being dispatched.
For pre-made designs purchased from the website, photos may be provided depending if time permitting, but this is not guaranteed. Orders from my pre-made ranges throughout the year (including Mother's / Father’s Day, Valentine's Day, Christmas etc..) may not be photographed prior to dispatch. This allows me to maximise making time and ensure orders are completed and sent out promptly.

 

Turnaround

Current turnaround times are displayed in the website header. Please ensure this is considered before placing your order.

 

Communication

Please ensure messages are checked regularly, as delays in responses may affect turnaround times.

 

Personalisation

Please ensure all names, dates, spellings and details are correct at the time of ordering. Once design details such as theme, colours, wording, layout, or style has been decided and production has begun, changes may not be possible.

 

Refunds

As each item is made especially for you, I am unable to offer refunds or returns on orders. Thank you for understanding
